A Book on Watt Pad Apps I am working on. Deliver Me Lord from the Fat Demon. It is a hard task when you like Rita's Water Ice and Hagen Daz Ice cream. I have learned to eat much less as far as foods. I mainly eat 1 meal a day but I still gotta have my dessert. Sherbet or Sorbet seems to cause me to lose body fat not Ben & Jerry's Cheesecake Ice cream.
