Keep it moving

On my Facebook page I'm known for Mrs.Donna's happy dance. When I hit record I just get to moving. I shake my hips, rock to the beat and get my happy dance. Some people think that in order to get in shape you have to bust out the weights, resistance bands and hop on the exercise machines. Well that's not the only way to exercise and move your body. Just turn on the music and get to dancing. The best thing about dancing is that it don't matter how young or old you are, you can still get to dancing honey. Dance like no ones watching or dance like your fans depend on it. Enjoy yourself. Dance the stress away, the pain away, dance till you cant dance no more. Go ahead and break that sweat and get a laugh out of it. Just remember I'll be somewhere getting my happy dance on too .
