Can't Sleep! Up All Night. Looking out the window. Thinking about the world and what's going on in it. Am I going to have to wear a mask forever? Will I ever come off of Furlough and get back to my same job? Will I stay well? When will it ever end?

Worried means anxious or troubled about actual or potential problems. It maybe a situation that you can't change but you can't stop thinking about it. You become so overwhelmed that you have real anxiety attacks and heart palpitations.

Even though you can't physically change the situation, you can pray about it. You can believe that things will get better or improve. Proverbs 23:7 So as a man thinks in his heart, so shall it become. You can control your thought life. Change your thought pattern. See and Visualize a change taking place for you. See better days for you by Faith.

Have complete trust and confidence in something greater than yourself. Faith is the knowledge deep down inside that things will get better. Believe God's promises for you. Act like your best life is ahead of you and God didn't bring you this far just to watch you fail. Failure is not an option. Move Forward. Think on those things that bring about a good report for you.

See the change that you want to happen. Practice Visualization. See It until you see it manifested into the natural realm. Remember! You can have what you say and believe to come to pass for you.
