The Father should always be the leader in the family, but a lot of the time, it is the Mother that is doing both roles. Stand Strong Black Men. Teach your children how to be leaders and not followers. They can lead by the example that you set in your home. Don't just allow mom to teach the family, you do it too. It really does take both parents to raise a family, but the Woman carries the load most of the time and that was never God's will for the family unit. A family that prays together, stays together.
PRAY MEN. Don't be ashamed to go to God to help you lead the family effectively. Have bible study and prayer with your family. Talk about family issues. Never run from the family and leave the mother to raise your children. In that case she has to run to the System to make you take care of your responsibilities and that is not the right thing to do. You raise your own children.
Many times the sons are always saying to the mom: "Where is my daddy" That is so sad. Don't leave your children hanging but support them and be an example. It's time to make a change. FAMILY IS IMPORTANT.
