Do you ever be driving your car and suddenly you see a bright sunlight shining into your window and it almost blinds your view of driving your car? That happens to me at least a few times a week. Sun Visor-is a small screen above a vehicle's windshield, attached by a hinge so that it can be lowered to protect the occupants eyes from bright sunlight.
John 8:12 Jesus applies the title to himself while debating with the Jews and states: I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life. When I am in the world, I am the Light of the World.
Jesus is light personified. Just as the sun gives light freely to everyone in the world, Jesus gives spiritual light to anyone who looks to him. The Apostle Matthew calls Jesus a great light that shines upon a people sitting in darkness. Matthews 4:16.
As bright as the sun is shining, Jesus light to the world is much brighter, John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.
The Holy Spirit reveals God's presence by bearing witness that we belong to God. He also reveals His desires and leads us. Additionally, the Spirit gives us gifts that manifest His presence. And, He still does miraculous signs and wonders in our lives.
Matthews 5: 15-16 verse. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds, and glorify your father in heaven.
