Frustration-the feeling of being upset or annoyed, especially because of inability to change or achieve something, "I sometimes feel like screaming with frustration" It's a a common emotional response to opposition, related to anger annoyance and disappointment. Frustration arises from the perceived resistance to the fulfillment of an individual's will or goal and is likely to increase when a will or goal is denied or blocked,
Someone can do something so annoying to you or around you that make you wanna just yell at them. A grown man or woman can act just like a child and do something that just drives you mad. You at that time have to try to calm down your own nerves of irritation. Your spouse, your fiance, a parent and especially a child. You ask them to do something and later on you find out that it was never done.
Sometimes I myself may get into my car and take a ride to the Park to calm my nerves so that I don't snap on someone, You have to get your emotions in control or they will end up controlling you. Of course, you have to deal with the child when you ask them to do their homework or clean their room and they haven't done either. Then you must let them know who is the parent and who is the child and not allow them to control you by not doing what it is that you are asking them to do,
Communication plays an important role in the life of a spouse or children. You must let them know exactly how you feel about a matter and not let them run over top of you. We, especially Women just want to be heard, not shouted at or treated like some piece of property or garbage waiting to be put out on the curb.
I personally can't stand a LIAR! I can deal with the truth better, even though it may hurt than someone constantly lying to me. And some lie so well that they start believing their own lies. Then they gotta keep on lying to cover up more lies, so to not get caught. But usually they can't look you in the eyes too long with that lying crap. Boy Oh Boy does that pluck my last nerves.
I myself have to pray when someone is lying to me on purpose. It just makes my blood boil. The Lord is working on me in this area. But even Jesus said that a liar can't even tarry in His sight. Psalm 101:7 He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house; He that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight, Well I feel the same way as the Bible does.
Ask the Lord to help you to tell the truth because it is very hard to TRUST A LIAR and boy do I know this for sure. Experience has definitely been my teacher on this subject. Ugh!!!! Ending this post for now. Lol.
