Laughter is indeed a dose of medicine, but I'm talking about laughing from the inside out. When you are going through so many trials and tests, and life seems to be getting the best of you. Your not thinking about laughter at all, but feel anger, stress, depression, anxiety, having mood swings.
Panic Attacks are Real when you are stressing about something. Feeling like you are having a heart attack. Those Heart Palpitations. Feelings of dread, loneliness, fear, and frustration because you don't know how to handle the situation that you are facing.
How would you love to Laugh from the inside out? Feeling excited even though everything in your life isn't going great. Well I have written a book that will help you to find peace on the inside in the midst of the Storms of Life. Things happen to us all. Life has it's ups and downs.
